The AI is only as good as the information in your business profile. If responses are off:

  • Add more detail to your services (descriptions, price ranges, lead times)
  • Add FAQ entries for the specific questions being asked
  • Update your policies section with clear, specific language
  • Add coaching instructions (“always mention our free consultation”, “never discuss competitor pricing”)
  • Adjust your tone setting if the voice doesn’t match your brand
