Payment and billing issues

If your payment fails:

  • You’ll receive an email notification with a link to update your payment method
  • Your AI front desk continues working during a grace period
  • If payment isn’t resolved, your account moves to inactive and the front desk stops responding

To update your payment method, go to Settings and click “Manage Billing” to access the Stripe portal.
