Customer didn't get a response

If a customer emailed your tocc.contact address and didn’t receive a response:

  • Check your inbox dashboard to see if the conversation was logged
  • If you’re in Review mode, the response may be waiting for your approval — look for pending items
  • Verify your subscription is active (not canceled or past due)
  • Ask the customer to check their spam/junk folder
  • Confirm they emailed the correct alias (e.g., youralias@tocc.contact)

If the conversation doesn’t appear in your inbox at all, the email may have been caught by security filtering. Check the blocked emails section on your dashboard — you can release false positives from there.
