Customer data rights (GDPR)

tocc.contact provides tools to manage customer data in compliance with privacy regulations:

Export customer data — Download all data associated with a specific customer as a JSON file. Includes conversation history, customer profile, and accumulated signals.

Export customer list — Download your full customer list as a CSV or JSON file with contact info, conversation counts, and last activity dates.

Delete customer data — Permanently remove all data for a specific customer across all storage. This is a cascade delete — conversations, customer profile, and related records are all removed. An audit log entry is created for your records.

These tools are available on the Customers page (Growth and Scale plans). They help you respond to customer requests for data access or deletion under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.
