Your first 5 minutes after setup
You just finished onboarding — here’s how to get value immediately.
1. Put Your Alias Out There
Copy your email address (e.g., juliesjewelry@tocc.contact) and add it to:
- Your website’s contact page (replace or add alongside your personal email)
- Your Google Business listing
- Your social media bios
- Your business card or flyers
The sooner real inquiries start flowing, the sooner the AI learns your patterns.
2. Send Yourself a Test Email
Open your personal email and send a message to your new alias — try something a real customer would ask, like “Do you do custom orders?” or “What are your hours?” You’ll see the AI’s response within a minute.
3. Check Your Inbox
Go to www.tocc.contact and click the Inbox tab. You’ll see the test conversation with the customer’s message and the AI’s response. Expand it to read the full thread.
4. Review the AI’s Response
Was the response accurate? If the AI missed something or got a detail wrong, go to your Profile page and add the missing information — a FAQ entry, a service description, or a policy. The next response will be better.
5. Approve or Edit (Review Mode)
If you’re in Review mode, the AI’s response is waiting for your approval. Click Approve to send it, or Edit to tweak it first. In Front Desk mode, routine responses send automatically.
That’s it — your AI front desk is live. Over the next few days, check your inbox regularly, review the AI’s work, and add FAQ entries for questions that come up. The more you feed it, the better it gets.
