Setting up your business
Visit www.tocc.contact and sign in with your Google account. The setup wizard walks you through everything in a conversational flow:
- Your name — who owns or runs the business
- Links — share your website, social profiles, or Google Business page (optional — skip if you don’t have any)
- AI scan or interview — if you shared links, the AI scans them to learn about your business. If not, a short 5-question interview covers the basics
- Profile summary — the AI generates a summary of your business that you can review and edit
- Business role — choose what best describes your business: small business, professional services, sales & marketing, content creator, or other. This shapes how the AI communicates with your customers
- Email alias — the address customers will use (e.g., juliesjewelry@tocc.contact)
- Location — confirm where you’re based (skipped for sales & marketing teams)
- Trust mode — how much autonomy the AI gets (you can change this anytime)
- Profile review — review and edit everything the AI generated: services, FAQ, policies, hours, tone, and more
Your AI front desk is ready as soon as you complete setup. Put your new email address on your website and start receiving inquiries.
If you chose the Front Door plan from the pricing page, the setup wizard skips steps that only apply to AI responses (trust mode, qualifying questions, response time). The AI still needs your business profile to classify emails well, so most steps remain.
