How it works
- A customer emails your tocc.contact address (e.g., juliesjewelry@tocc.contact).
- tocc.contact reads the message, classifies the intent, and crafts a response using your business profile — services, hours, pricing, FAQ, policies.
- Depending on your trust mode, the response either sends immediately or waits for your approval.
- You get a notification email with the customer’s message, the AI’s response (or draft), and a summary.
- If you want to take over, reply directly to the customer. tocc.contact steps back.
The AI sounds like your business, not like a bot. It asks the right clarifying questions for your industry — breed and coat type for groomers, guest count and date for wedding vendors, square footage for cleaners.
On the Front Door plan, the flow is simpler: tocc.contact classifies the email by intent, sends the customer a smart acknowledgment, and forwards the email to your personal inbox. You reply yourself. You still get spam filtering, classification, and a daily digest of everything that came in.
