Snooze / Remind me later

When you receive a follow-up nudge email about a customer who needs attention, you can snooze it if now isn’t a good time.

Two snooze options appear in every nudge email:

• “Remind me in 4 hours” — reschedules the nudge for later today
• “Remind me tomorrow” — reschedules for the next day

Each nudge can be snoozed up to 3 times. After that, the links stop working and you’ll need to follow up from your inbox. Snoozing resets the follow-up timer so you won’t get duplicate reminders.
