Owner notifications
Every time a customer emails your tocc.contact address, you receive a notification with:
- The customer’s original message
- The AI’s response (or draft, if awaiting approval)
- An AI intelligence brief: customer name and company (if detected), intent classification, buy signal indicator for high-value leads, and returning-customer history
- Attachment summaries if the customer sent files
In Review and Front Desk mode, notifications include colored action links: Approve, Edit, or Reject — right from your email.
If you want to take over the conversation, reply directly to the customer. tocc.contact handles the first response — you handle the relationship.
When lead assignment is active, notifications go to the assigned team member. Otherwise, all team members receive notifications. You can manage your team from the Team page.
