Your personal AI agent

Email your business alias directly to talk to your AI agent. Send from the email address associated with your account, and the agent responds with full knowledge of your business — services, conversations, customers, and settings.

Use it to:

  • Ask questions about your business setup (“What’s my cancellation policy?”)
  • Get summaries of recent customer activity (“How many new leads this week?”)
  • Draft and send outbound emails to customers or contacts
  • Run polls across a group of recipients
  • Send broadcasts or outreach campaigns
  • Follow up with specific customers by name

The agent has access to 14 specialized skills including thread digest, contract review, marketing analysis, and data extraction. It selects skills automatically based on what you ask.

Safety limits apply: 20 recipients per request, 50 outbound emails per day per business. The agent never fabricates email addresses and never emails anyone you haven’t explicitly named.

Only authenticated owners and members can use the agent — emails from unrecognized addresses are ignored. Outbound capabilities (sending to third parties, broadcasts, polls) require Growth or Scale plan.
