Running multiple businesses

If you run more than one business, you can manage them all from a single tocc.contact account. Each business gets its own alias, profile, inbox, and AI front desk.

To add a business, start the onboarding wizard — there’s an “Add Business” option in your account. Your first business holds the Stripe subscription, and additional businesses share your plan’s conversation capacity across all of them.

Use the business switcher dropdown in the header to switch between businesses.

Plan limits: Essentials supports 1 business. Growth supports up to 3. Scale supports up to 10.
