Your inbox dashboard

Your inbox at www.tocc.contact shows all customer conversations organized by client. Each client row shows their name, how many conversations you’ve had, and the latest status.

The inbox has several tabs:

  • @ (AI Chat) — your private AI assistant
  • Inbox — legitimate customer conversations
  • Leads — assigned leads (when team assignment is enabled)
  • Noise — marketing, vendor outreach, and graymail (with today’s count)
  • Spam — obvious junk
  • Archived — conversations you’ve archived
  • Analytics — performance metrics (Growth/Scale plans)

Expand a client to see individual conversation threads with:

  • Intent badges (pricing, booking, complaint, referral, etc.)
  • Smart status labels (“Customer replied 2h ago”, “Awaiting your approval”)
  • AI-generated thread summaries
  • Quick actions to archive or delete

Pending approvals float to the top with an orange badge so you never miss them. The inbox auto-refreshes every 30 seconds.

Click any customer name to open their customer card — a profile with contact info, conversation history, and AI-generated insights about their needs.
