Follow-up nudges

For new customer conversations, tocc.contact can automatically schedule a follow-up nudge if the customer hasn’t replied. The AI determines the right timing and message — typically a gentle check-in sent in the same language as the original inquiry.

tocc.contact also nudges you: if a new lead comes in and you haven’t personally engaged, you’ll get a reminder to follow up.

This is CRM-lite behavior built into email. No dashboard required. The follow-up sounds natural and on-brand, not like a drip campaign.
