Editing AI drafts

When the AI holds a response for your approval, you can edit it before sending. Two ways to revise:

Revision chips — Quick alternatives suggested by the AI, like “more friendly”, “shorter”, “include pricing”, or “add availability”. Click a chip and the AI rewrites the draft accordingly.

Free-text edit — Type your own instruction (e.g., “mention our free consultation offer”) and the AI rewrites the draft following your direction.

The Edit button in your approval notification email links directly to the draft in your dashboard with the editor expanded. You can revise as many times as you like before approving.
