Daily briefing email

Every morning, tocc.contact sends you a briefing email summarizing what happened in the last 24 hours and what needs your attention.

On Front Desk plans (Essentials, Growth, Scale), the daily briefing includes:

  • Action items requiring your response (pending approvals, unanswered leads older than 24 hours)
  • 24-hour stats: new conversations, messages received, buy signals detected
  • Intent breakdown: how inquiries are distributed across categories (pricing, booking, support, etc.)
  • Top 3 most active conversations with summaries
  • Average response time over the last 7 days
  • Team member stats (when lead assignment is enabled)
  • AI-generated suggestions for improving your profile

On the Front Door plan, the daily digest includes:

  • Summary stats (emails forwarded, spam blocked, borderline calls)
  • List of forwarded emails with sender, subject, intent classification, and one-line summary
  • Borderline emails that were close calls (with “Move to Inbox” links if you want to reclassify them)
  • An upgrade nudge to Front Desk

You can configure the send time and toggle the daily briefing/digest on or off from your Settings page. You can also unsubscribe directly from the email footer link.
