Daily briefing email
Every morning, tocc.contact sends you a briefing email summarizing what happened in the last 24 hours and what needs your attention.
On Front Desk plans (Essentials, Growth, Scale), the daily briefing includes:
- Action items requiring your response (pending approvals, unanswered leads older than 24 hours)
- 24-hour stats: new conversations, messages received, buy signals detected
- Intent breakdown: how inquiries are distributed across categories (pricing, booking, support, etc.)
- Top 3 most active conversations with summaries
- Average response time over the last 7 days
- Team member stats (when lead assignment is enabled)
- AI-generated suggestions for improving your profile
On the Front Door plan, the daily digest includes:
- Summary stats (emails forwarded, spam blocked, borderline calls)
- List of forwarded emails with sender, subject, intent classification, and one-line summary
- Borderline emails that were close calls (with “Move to Inbox” links if you want to reclassify them)
- An upgrade nudge to Front Desk
You can configure the send time and toggle the daily briefing/digest on or off from your Settings page. You can also unsubscribe directly from the email footer link.
