Click any customer name in your inbox to see:

  • AI-generated insights accumulated from all conversations
  • Lifecycle tracking (new lead, returning customer, days since last contact)
  • Full conversation history

Signals accumulate automatically across every email exchange (up to 200 per customer). You don’t need to enter anything manually — the AI picks up details from the natural flow of conversation. The Customers page shows all your customers with their latest insights.
