Customer connections

tocc.contact automatically builds a network of relationships between your customers. When multiple people email from the same company domain, they’re linked as possible colleagues. When you CC your alias on emails with multiple recipients, those contacts are connected too.

Click any customer in your inbox to see their connections:

• Linked contacts — other people connected to this customer (colleagues, team members)
• Company profile — the customer’s company name, industry, and size (automatically looked up)
• Handled by — which team member has been working with this customer

If you notice duplicate customer records (same person with different email addresses), you can merge them from the customer card. Merging combines their conversation history, signals, and connections into a single profile.
