Compose and send emails

When you want to take over a conversation and respond directly to a customer, use the compose and send feature from your inbox.

Open any conversation and click “I’ll Handle It” to compose a reply. Your message is sent from your business alias with full branded wrapping — the customer sees your business name, not your personal email. You’re CC’d on the sent email so you have a copy in your personal inbox.

If the AI had drafted a response awaiting approval, it’s automatically rejected when you send your own reply.

Your reply includes the customer’s previous message as a quoted thread for context. The conversation continues under the same thread in your inbox.

Rate limit: 30 owner replies per day per business. This limit is shared across all reply methods (compose, approval edits, etc.) and resets at midnight.
