Attachment handling

Customers can send attachments with their emails, and your AI front desk handles them intelligently:

  • PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets are read and referenced in the AI’s response
  • Images are analyzed visually (useful for showing damage, project scope, reference photos)
  • Voicemail recordings (WAV, MP3) are transcribed and treated as part of the message

Your owner notification includes a summary of what was attached and the AI’s interpretation. You can download attachments from the conversation view in your dashboard.

Attachment handling is automatic — no configuration needed.
