Archiving and deleting conversations
Keep your inbox tidy by archiving or deleting conversations.
Archive — Hides a conversation from your inbox without removing it. Hover over any conversation row and click the archive icon. Archived conversations can be viewed by toggling “Show archived” in your inbox. If a customer replies to an archived conversation, it automatically unarchives and reappears in your inbox.
Delete — Permanently removes a conversation and all its messages. Hover over a conversation row and click the delete icon. You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.
Both actions are available as hover buttons on conversation rows in your inbox.
