Analytics and insights

The Analytics tab in your inbox shows how your AI front desk is performing. Available on Growth and Scale plans.

What you can see:

  • Summary cards: total conversations, new vs. returning customers, response rate, and period-over-period changes
  • Volume chart: daily or weekly conversation volume over 7, 30, or 90 days
  • Classification breakdown: how inquiries are distributed across intent categories (pricing, booking, support, etc.)
  • Response performance: average first-reply time across three windows (7-day, 30-day, 90-day)

All metrics update automatically as conversations flow through your inbox. Use the period selector to zoom in or out.
