AI profile suggestions
As your AI front desk handles conversations, it generates actionable suggestions to improve your profile. Suggestions are created automatically in the background after each customer interaction — no manual trigger needed.
Four types of suggestions:
- Add FAQ — a new question-and-answer entry based on recurring customer questions
- Add Service — a service customers keep asking about that isn’t in your profile yet
- Append Policy — a policy clarification that would help the AI give better answers
- Add Coaching — a behavior instruction to fine-tune how the AI responds
Each suggestion shows drafted content you can review. Apply it with one click, expand and edit before applying, or dismiss it. Use “Apply All” to accept everything at once. Dismissed suggestions won’t reappear. Suggestions refresh automatically based on recent conversations and appear as an attention indicator on your Profile page.
