Profile improvements from the assistant
The assistant can draft improvements to your business profile and apply them with your approval.
Four types of profile actions:
- Add FAQ — suggests a question and answer based on what customers ask about
- Add service — drafts a new product or service entry with description and pricing
- Add policy — suggests a cancellation, refund, or custom policy you haven’t documented
- Add coaching — adds a behavioral instruction for the AI (“always mention our referral discount”)
Profile actions appear as colored pills on action cards: blue for FAQ, green for services, amber for policies, purple for coaching. Click to review the suggested content, then apply or dismiss.
You can also ask directly: “Add a FAQ about custom orders” or “Add our late cancellation policy.” The assistant drafts the content for your review.
