Insight cards and smart chips
When you open the @ tab, your assistant greets you with a personalized briefing. Below the greeting, you may see insight cards — these highlight what needs your attention right now.
Insight cards are prioritized:
- Red border — urgent: pending approvals, buy signals from customers showing real purchase intent
- Amber border — important: profile gaps blocking an upgrade, stale conversations needing a reply
- Gray border — informational: volume trends, response time benchmarks
Action cards are clickable. Expand them to see the specific customers and conversations behind the number — then click any customer name to jump directly to that conversation in your inbox.
Below the cards, smart chips suggest your most useful next action. Click a chip to ask the assistant that question immediately. Chips adapt to your business state — if you have pending approvals, the first chip is “Review pending.” On a quiet day, it might be “Who needs a follow-up?”
The greeting refreshes each time you load the page. It’s generated by AI using your actual inbox data — never fabricated.
