The @ tab in your inbox is your private AI assistant. Ask it anything about your business, your customers, or your inbox — and it answers with full context.
What it knows:
- Your complete business profile — services, pricing, FAQ, policies, hours
- Your inbox — recent conversations, pending approvals, customer names and email addresses
- Customer history — who’s new, who’s returning, what they’ve asked about
- Performance — response times, volume trends, campaign results
What you can ask it to do:
- Summarize your inbox or catch you up on a specific customer
- Draft and send emails on your behalf (you confirm before anything sends)
- Analyze documents, contracts, or attachments
- Suggest improvements to your profile — new FAQ entries, services, policies
- Follow up with a customer or broadcast a message to several contacts
What it cannot do:
- Change your business settings, plan, or billing — you do that yourself
- Send emails without your explicit confirmation — every outbound requires your approval
- Access data outside your business — each business has its own private assistant
- Make up customer information — it only references real data from your inbox
The assistant learns your business from your profile and conversations. The more detail you add to your profile, the more useful the assistant becomes.
