Qualifying questions

Qualifying questions tell the AI what to ask new leads so you get the information you need before calling back. The AI weaves these into conversation naturally — it doesn’t fire off a list.

Examples by industry:

• House cleaning: number of bedrooms/bathrooms, pets, desired frequency
• Wedding photography: date, venue, hours of coverage, engagement session
• Plumbing: emergency vs. scheduled, problem description, property type
• Tutoring: subject, grade level, learning goals, preferred schedule

Add qualifying questions on your Profile page. The AI will ask them when relevant, adapting to what the customer has already provided.
