FAQ and policies
Add your most common customer questions and the answers you want the AI to give. This is the fastest way to improve response quality.
Examples:
- “Do you offer free consultations?” -> “Yes, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation…”
- “What’s your cancellation policy?” -> “We require 24 hours notice…”
- “Do you travel to Alpharetta?” -> “Yes, we serve the north metro Atlanta area…”
Policies (cancellation, refunds, deposits) are used by the AI when customers ask about them. Be specific — the AI will quote your policies directly rather than making something up.
