Your business profile

Your business profile is what the AI uses to sound like your business. The more detail you provide, the better the responses.

Key sections:

  • Identity: business name, owner name, industry, service area, profile summary
  • Products & services: what you offer, descriptions, price ranges, lead times
  • Hours: when you’re open, your timezone. Customize the label (Business Hours, Store Hours, Support Hours, Office Hours, or custom) and add notes like holiday closures
  • FAQ: common questions and your preferred answers
  • Policies: cancellation, refund, deposit requirements
  • Qualifying questions: what the AI should ask new leads
  • Coaching: specific instructions for the AI’s behavior (“always mention our free consultation”, “never quote exact prices over email”)
  • Do not say: topics or phrases you want the AI to avoid
  • Contact info: phone (with country code), address, visitor notes (parking, entrance directions)
  • Community links: for creators — link to your newsletter, Discord, Patreon, or other owned channels so the AI can direct fans there
