Manage your business from Claude Desktop (Owner MCP)

You can drive your entire tocc.contact business from Claude Desktop — or any MCP-compatible AI client — using the Owner MCP. Once connected, just ask Claude in plain language:

• “List my recent conversations” / “Show me the thread with Maria”
• “Reply to that customer and let them know we can fit them in Thursday”
• “Update my hours to 9-6 on Saturdays”
• “How many leads did I get this week?”
• “What follow-ups are pending?”
• “What do we know about this customer?”

Setup: go to your “Your Page” profile settings and generate an Owner MCP key (it starts with omk_ and is shown once — copy it somewhere safe). The page includes a ready-to-paste Claude Desktop config snippet. Because Claude Desktop connects through a small proxy (the mcp-remote package), the snippet handles that for you. You can regenerate or revoke the key anytime.

Your key is your identity — keep it private. It’s stored only as a one-way hash on our side, and it’s rate-limited to protect your account.
