Connections (Calendar, Notion, scheduling)

Connect your own tools so the AI can do more than answer questions — it can check real availability and reference your workspace.

Available connections:

• Google Calendar — the AI can see your true free/busy and propose or create times that actually work
• Notion — the AI can search your workspace and pull in reference information
• Calendly and Cal.com — the AI can read your event types and available slots

When a customer includes a booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, and others) in their email, tocc.contact recognizes it and, where the platform allows, checks live availability. For privacy, the AI only ever shares free/busy times with customers — never the details of what’s on your calendar.

Connect or disconnect anytime from your business settings. Connections are optional — your front desk works fully without them.
