An external agent (acting for a customer) can:

• Look up your public profile — what you do, your hours, your services
• Ask a question and get an answer grounded in your business knowledge
• Request a consult — which creates a real conversation and notifies you, just like an email inquiry

It works over both MCP and plain web requests, and it only ever exposes your public information — never your dashboard, customer data, or settings. It’s rate-limited to prevent abuse. This is forward-looking: it positions your business to be found and booked in an agent-to-agent world, not just by people typing into a search box.
