tocc.contact offers two product tiers: Front Door (email filtering) and Front Desk (AI responses).
Front Door ($4.99/month) — 1 seat, 1 business. Smart email classification, spam filtering, customer acknowledgments, email forwarding to your inbox, and a daily digest. You reply yourself — Tocc handles the sorting.
Front Desk plans use per-seat pricing. Each team member is a seat, and each seat includes 50 conversations per month:
Essentials ($19/seat/month) — 1 seat, 1 business. AI-powered responses, owner notifications, spam filtering, multilingual support, trust mode controls, and your business inbox dashboard.
Growth ($39/seat/month) — Unlimited seats, up to 3 businesses. Everything in Essentials plus follow-up nudges, customer data export (GDPR), events timeline, and outbound capabilities through your AI agent.
Scale ($69/seat/month) — Unlimited seats, up to 10 businesses. Everything in Growth plus priority support. Built for businesses with high lead volume or large teams.
If you exceed your monthly conversation limit, additional conversations are billed at $0.25 each — your front desk never goes dark on a customer. All plans start with a 14-day free trial with full features.
