Per-seat billing

Front Desk plans (Essentials, Growth, Scale) bill per seat. Each team member (owner or member) counts as one seat, and each seat includes 50 conversations per month.

If your team grows, your conversation capacity grows with it. A 3-person team on Growth gets 150 conversations per month. If you exceed your total capacity, additional conversations are billed at $0.25 each.

Seat limits by plan:

• Front Door: 1 seat, flat $4.99/month (no per-seat pricing)
• Essentials: 1 seat maximum (single user)
• Growth: Unlimited seats
• Scale: Unlimited seats

Your Settings page shows current seat count, conversation usage, and remaining capacity.
