When you exceed your monthly conversation limit (50 conversations per seat), your AI front desk keeps working. Additional conversations are billed at $0.25 each.

You’ll receive a notification when overage billing activates. There’s no cap — your front desk never goes dark on a customer.

If you regularly exceed your limit, consider adding another seat or upgrading to a higher plan for more capacity.
