Managing your subscription

Manage your subscription from your Settings page. Click “Manage Billing” to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

• View invoices and payment history
• Update your payment method
• Switch between monthly and annual billing
• Cancel your subscription

Your Settings page also shows your current plan, billing cycle, conversation usage, and subscription status.

If your payment fails, your AI front desk continues working during a grace period. You’ll receive an email asking you to update your payment method.
