Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your AI front desk stops responding to new customer inquiries
• Existing conversations are not affected
• You’ll receive a confirmation email
• Your business profile and data are retained in case you reactivate

To reactivate, visit your dashboard and subscribe again.
